Preamble
Diese Dokumentation erläutert wie in Autopoll Ausweise gesperrt bzw. freigegeben werden können. Für weitere Informationen zu den Ausweisen in Autopoll bitte die Dokumentation Ausweise heranziehen.
Die Sperrung und auch die Freigabe können auf zwei Wegen durchgeführt werden. Über die Buttons "deactivation (sperren)" (
) und "activation (freigeben)" (
) oder im Ausweis direkt über die Aktivierung bzw. Deaktivierung der Tankautomaten. Auf jeden Fall ist es ratsam nach alle Sperrungen und Freigaben im Autopoll an alle Tankautomaten die volle Ausweisliste zu übertragen, damit die Tankautomaten über den aktuellen Stand der Ausweise informiert sind.
Für die Sperrung, als auch für die Freigabe von Ausweisen in Autopoll, muss zuvor die Ausweisliste über Daten-Ausweise geöffnet werden.
Deactivation by button
For the deactivation of one or more cards only mark the corresponding cards and click the "deactivation" symbol.
A little window pops up in which a reason for the deactivation can be entered.
After that action the card/s is/are being displayed in blue to show that this card is blocked/deactivated.
Activation by button
For the activation of one or more cards only mark the corresponding cards and click the "activation" symbol.
A little window pops up in which the reason for the deactivation can be deleted.
After that action the card/s is/are being displayed in black to show that this card is free/activated.
Deactivation/activation by activating/deactivating the card readers in the card
For the deactivation of a card, open that card and deactivate ALL card readers in the lower right area.
For the activation of a card, open that card and activate all card readers in the lower right area, at which this card shall be activated.
