Preamble

Die Abruf-Protokolldateien, umgangssprachlich auch "Traces" oder "Logfiles" genannt, enthalten die Originalinformationen die Autopoll beim Abruf des Tankautomaten protokolliert und sichert. Autopoll unterteilt die Abruf-Protokolldateien in Abruf-Protokolldateien von seriell angeschlossenen und über FTP angeschlossene Tankautomaten. Sollten Probleme beim Abruf des/der Tankautomaten auftreten, können die Abruf-Protokolldateien zur Analyse mit herangezogen werden. Es wird empfohlen diese Dateien, wenn benötigt, mit dem Editor/Notepad zu öffnen, um die tatsächlichen Roh-Daten und keine formatierten Daten angezeigt zu bekommen.

• File names: With every polling of a serial connected card reader the same polled data will be stored in five different ways in five different files. That means that every polling consists of five communication trace files, which have the same file extension. The best analysable communication trace file is the "apcomtrace.xyz".

• File number: Standardmäßig ist der Parameter auf 30 eingestellt, d.h. es werden nur die Dateien der letzten 30 Abrufe, die von dem abrufenden Computer aus gemacht werden, gespeichert. Die Dateien des aktuellen Abrufs verdrängen die ältesten Dateien und die Dateiendungsnummern verschieben sich dadurch auch. Die aktuellen Dateien haben immer die ".001". Die Datei-Anzahl kann aber auch erhöht werden, wenn Bedarf besteht. Zu beachten ist dann nur der Speicherbedarf auf der Festplatte des abrufenden Computers.

• File number: Limit is the maximum of files in a Windows folder (with the tool "ApZipMonthly.exe" the files in the folder IOMXML can be compressed per month).
• These communication trace files will NOT be stored in the Autopoll backup file (ZIP).
