Preamble

With this function it is possible to check the process numbers of all the fillings of a selected card reader in a selected periode for gaps and/or irregularities. Most card readers have continuous process numbers, e.x. 1-999 or 1-9999. Gaps could occur when fillings are being deleted manually or fillings haven't been polled from the card reader or fillings haven't been provided by the card reader.

Settings

  • selection of a periode in which shall be checked

  • selection of a card reader which fillings shall be checked

Not every card reader type has continuous process numbers, like the TA2003 or Inosmart, and therefore cannot be checked with this function !

  • activation whether manually entered fillings shall be affected/checked too.

Result

The result can be printed and/or stored as PDF file for further processing. Also see print function.

Description of the possible displayed reasons

* Nummernbereich: There are process numbers outside the normal process number range of this card reader types. E.x.: the TA2331R3 has a process number range of 1-999. The check result was a process number 1234. irreglarity
* Lücke: The listed process numbers are missing from the datetime of the last filling before the identified gap gap
* außerhalb: Internally not all process numbers are being checked in one step for gaps or irregularities, but in mid session steps of 50 numbers each. E.x.: the process numbers 100-850 are being checked in total, but the mid session check of 100 to 150 has the prcoess number 152 included. irreglarity
* Typwechsel (Hinweis): There is a gap due to a change of the card reader type. E.x.: last filling TA2331R3 was 456, then the Heconomy was installed and the first filling from the Heconomy is 1. gap
* Doppelter Satz (Hinweis): The listed process numbers exist two times. irreglarity
